| How should I submit a recipe? |
As a registered user, you can add recipes of your own to the web site.
Use the following template (copy and paste it from here into the edit input box for your submission.)
<!-- Start of Template -->
<!-- Start Title --> <h2 align="center"><font color="#CC9900"><img src="/modules/xfsection/images/contents/images/chili.gif" WIDTH="45" HEIGHT="32"> Your Title Here</font></h2>
<p align="center"><img src="/modules/xfsection/images/contents/_themes/poetic/poehorsd.gif" width="500" height="10"></p> <!-- End Title -->
<p align="left">Add a description or narrative about your recipe here</p>
<p align="left"><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<blockquote> <p align="left"> Add your ingredients here and end each line with <br> </p> </blockquote>
<p align="left"><strong>Method</strong></p>
<blockquote> <p align="left"> Add your method here. Start each line with a number and dot (e.g. 1.) and end each line with <br> </p> </blockquote>
<!-- Start Recipe and Article Footer -->

Following your submission, the recipe will be reviewed by an editor primarily to ensure that it a/ fits into the BBCB and b/ to check for typo's etc. |
| Why have the links from recipes to glossary disappeared? |
| The new style site means that we now have site specific searching available on all pages (top right of screen). If you want to know the meaning of a term or ingredient, use the search facility and it will track it down in the glossary for you. Part of the reason was to slim down the html needed in any recipe but also as we are now inviting others to contribute, it is also a way to reduce the overhead of submitting a recipe. |
